Health is Wealth. How to live a Healthy Life?

It is very true because if we are not healthy, we cannot do any work with full energy and enthusiasm which in turn affects badly our wealth creation. So to live a healthy life style, we need to improve our lifestyle. Here are the tips to live a healthy, happy and enjoyable life:
  • Enjoy time with family. Family time is invaluable. You will feel secure and emotionally strong.
  • Stress is very harmful so always try to eliminate stress. Do not let stress destroy your health.
  • Walking is a good exercise. We should walk daily in the morning and evening. It burns fat as well as improves the immune system.
  • Drink the little amount of red wine daily moderately otherwise it may harm your body. Resveratrol found in red wine is good for health. It delays aging. Wine has a lot of harmful effects also so always consult a doctor for advice.
  • Vegetarian food is better than non-vegetarian food. So eat non- vegetarian food as less as possible.
  • You should be excited when you wake up every morning. So have some targets of life.

  • Meditate daily to build your confidence.
  • Do regular exercise.
  • Love and be loved. Always be happy. People will feel attracted towards you.
  • Eat fruits daily like apple, banana, papaya etc. to regularize your metabolism.
  • Breakfast should be heavy. Lunch should be moderate. Dinner should be mild.
  • Drink sufficient water daily. Water is the most important thing of our life.
  • Early to bed and early to rise makes us healthy, wealthy and wise. Though present lifestyle hardly gives us time to have an 8-9 hours sleep, try to have at least 6 hours sleep.
